Author, church elder, and blogger Jay Guin offers 30 solid, helpful tips on effective (and therefore successful) blogging. Notice he had the “smarts” to divide his post into 3 parts - not being too long-winded is a key element in blogging (that’s #6 on his list). And be sure to explore his “Index” tab (#3 on his list): a good index is a good idea!

Well, I’m a veteran blogger now. I’ve been at it for nearly 18 months! I’ve learned a little HTML (not much). And I can spell URL. (I’m not sure how to pronounce it, though.) I’ve read a whole bunch of blogs by other people, largely on church issues and Alabama football (what else really matters?). And I think I’ve picked up a few things on how to do it worth sharing…”
